Day Fifty-five 7/18/2008

Just a short poem that was written by Wilbur's (yellow) mother.

There once was a dog named Mozie.
He was good and loyal and kind.
He came when you called and loved you unconditionally,
But perhaps a little more if you gave him ice cream.

He like blankets and couches and cuddling and feet.
He liked to lick lotion from legs and the fuzz between toes.
He liked camping and lounging and lying on the hearth.
Sometimes, he even liked the occasional cocktail.

We vowed we would remember him, and think of him often.
We have Gus and Wilbur and Ten on the way,
But that doesn't replace the love for Mozie in our hearts.
We miss him a lot and remember him this day.

He was a good dog.
