Per schedule, the pups, their pool and their crates spent the day with Aunt Mary and Gus. Gus really enjoys playing with his offspring.
They slept very good last night only waking once to go potty and returning back to their crates. They will whine and bark for a minute or two when you put them back sometimes but then they go right back to sleep. It is important that you never take them out of the crate when they whine. I have noticed if you lay next to their crate or put it in a place where they can see you in bed they are more apt to go right back to sleep or at least whine less. The other reason that they might not go right back to sleep is that they did not do everything that they needed to do outside. You may need to try them outside again. Calmly take them back out and give them a chance to finish saying "go out". Whether they go or not put them right back in their crate when you come back in.
The pups all went for a walk around the block today with Aunt Mary, Gus and Muriel. They went in bags because they do not walk well on a leash yet. They were a big hit with the people they saw and the mail lady.
Yellow did not come home at 5 pm with the bunch. Mary kept him. She let him run in the kitchen after going potty outside and fed him in the kitchen. He was very good and made no messes on the floor.
To bed for the night.
