Red just wanted to snuggle with mom today.
Two pups were put on the couch with me when I took a nap this afternoon. Tilly came too but after a while she left and the pups remained. They sleep several hours between nursing, while Tilly wanders freely about.
She likes to nurse them on our bed, but they need to start staying where they belong.
Jim and Roberta came to see them and Tilly was not very happy that they were there. However when I gave them a puppy she watched them very closely but did not do anything except clean the one Roberta was holding. Tilly is very protective of the pups and appears to be uncomfortable when people she does not know really well are around.
